How To Buy From Sympoa Autos

STEP 1: Registration

To start bidding and buying with Sympoa Autos, you must first become a member. Registering to become a member is free and to do that you have to click on register on our website to simply fill out a form (sympoamotors.com/register).

Within minutes of submitting the Registration form, you will be sent a confirmation email to verify. After verification, you can now sign in to your Sympoa Autos account to access all the services we render.

After registering, please upload a scanned copy of your government-issued photo ID onto your account via Documents Uploader. A valid government-issued ID must be on file before you can bid.

Note: You must verify your Sympoa Autos Account in your email after registration to activate your Membership.

STEP 2: Deposit

In order to use "BUY NOW" and "BID", you have to place a deposit on your account. The minimum deposit amount is $500 or 20% from the "BID/BUY NOW" amount.

We require deposit to ensure that you are making sincere and truthful "BID" or "BUY NOW".

You can make a deposit in the "MY ACCOUNT" section of "HOME" page by clicking "Make a Payment" and choosing your method of payment.

Please include your name or the dealer number in the description when sending a deposit, so we could properly credit your account.

All deposits not used will be refunded less transfer charges upon your request via email. The refund amount will be sent to you through the same medium you sent it to Sympoa Autos. If your "BID" or "BUY NOW" was not successful, your deposit can be used towards the next "BID / BUY NOW" or can be refunded to you upon your request.

STEP 3: Search Vehicle

This is the stage you actually search for the vehicle you want. Our Search Toolbar is the easiest way to begin your search on our website. You can also custom search for vehicles by a combination of the vehicle’s year range, make, model, engine type, color and location, or search by the vehicle’s VIN or Ref. number.

When searching for vehicles, remember to add vehicles which sale dates are not due to your Wish list. This is your way of monitoring the sale date, Ref number, description and current bid of your vehicles of interest.

STEP 4: Place A Bid

PRELIMINARY BIDDING: Members can place pre-bids on vehicles at any time up to one hour before the start of the live auction. When you pre-bid, you place an incremental value bid on the vehicle prior to the sale. Your pre-bid will be represented during the live auction and could be the winning bid if no other bidder submits a higher bid during either the pre-bid phase or the live auction and meets the seller reserve. If the seller reserve price is lower than your maximum bid and no one outbid you during the live sale then you can win the vehicle for less than your maximum bid. Remember, for example: if your maximum bid is $10,000 you can potentially win the vehicle for less than your maximum bid, assuming that it is greater than any other bids and seller reserve price is met.

BUY NOW: Vehicles with the "BUY NOW" option can be purchased at the indicated price with the click of a button. After clicking Buy Now button you will be redirected to a page with the invoice which you have to pay to complete payment from your initial deposit within 3 days. If the invoice is not paid within 3 days, the vehicle(s) will attract a late payment fee and a daily storage charge till the 7th day when it will be relist. So make sure ahead of time that you have enough funds in your account to pay for the vehicle you plan to purchase.

LIVE BIDDING: Currently, our system does not support the online real time auction so every vehicle with a bidding option allows you to request live on the PHONE BIDDING with one of our representatives. If you submit a live on the phone request you will receive an email with approximate time of the sale and will be contacted by one of our sales representatives 5 minutes before the bidding starts. During the live sale our sales representative will tell you the current bid amounts and you will tell him whether to bid or stop.

Please note the sale is very quick with approximately 3 seconds between bids.

ORDER VEHICLE(S): As a registered member you will have the ability to order a car, especially if you cannot find the vehicle you want in our inventory. Simply click "Order a Car" button from your Sympoa Autos Account, fill out the information about the car that you are looking for and our team will search through thousands of car listings and will get back to you with offers.

STEP 6: Transportation

As soon as your full payment for the purchased vehicle cleared on our bank account, we will start the shipping process.

Your car will be picked up and transported to our nearest warehouse for container loading or be delivered to one of the exit ports for RoRo shipments.

After the shipping processes is done by going through all the custom processes, a tracking details will be placed on your Sympoa Autos Account for you to track and know at any point in time the current status of your car. The expected date of arrival will be known via the tracking number.

STEP 7: Local Process Upon Arrival

RORO SHIPMENT: Upon arrival of your car, a scan copy of your clearing document will be sent to you through email for you to start the clearing process. The original hard copy delivered to you at our office.

CONTAINER SHIPMENT: Upon arrival of the container, every individual who has a car or/and goods in the container will have to pay the an amount for opening of the container and document separation:
